Oral presenters are requested to register their data at the PC Desk at least two hours before their presentations. The PC Desk will accept data on a CD, DVD, or USB flash memory device.

Symposium Presentation AbstractFree Papers

General Guidelines

  • Symposium proposal submission deadline is May 7, 2008.
  • Abstract submission for symposium speakers site will open at the end of May.
  • Abstract submission for symposium speakers deadline is June 30, 2008.
  • Abstract submission for free papers deadline is June 30, 2008.
  • Abstracts should contain a maximum of 300 words and must be submitted in English.
  • All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts.
  • Accepted authors must register for the Congress to be included in the Scientific Program.
  • Abstract submissions will only be accepted via the meeting website.
  • A symposium is for 90 minutes.
  • A symposium may include 3 to 4 speakers.
  • We regret that no financial support can be provided for a symposium.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee. Authors will be notified by e-mail of their abstract results. Please note that the acceptance of an abstract does not imply funding from the Meeting.
