The report will be launched in Asia at the 13th Pacific Rim College of Psychiatrists Scientific Meeting in Tokyo, Japan. The Report, written and edited by an international network of mental health reformers from 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific region illustrates best practice in community mental health care. It aims to illustrate and promote best practice in mental health care in the community through use of information exchange, current evidence and practical experience in the region.
