Registration

On-line registration has been closed. After confirming your payment, the secretariat will send you the receipt and the registration card.
Please present your registration card at the registration desk on the venue.

After October 14, you can register on-site.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made on-line by credit card when you register. Please give the name of the card holder, card type (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), card number and date of expiry.

Receipt & Registration Confirmation

After payment of the registration fee, a “Registration Confirmation” e-mail will be sent your registered e-mail address. Please bring this confirmation with you to the meeting and present it at the registration desk on-site upon your arrival at the venue.
The receipt for your payment will be issued on-site.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The secretariat office must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the meeting as follows:

  1. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to September 30, 2008.
  2. No refund will be made for cancellations received after October 1, 2008.
