Method of Payment
Payment must be made on-line by credit card when you register. Please give the name of the card holder, card type (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), card number and date of expiry.
Receipt & Registration Confirmation
After payment of the registration fee, a “Registration Confirmation” e-mail will be sent your registered
e-mail address. Please bring this confirmation with you to the meeting and present it at the
registration desk on-site upon your arrival at the venue.
The receipt for your payment will be issued on-site.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The secretariat office must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refunds will be processed after the meeting as follows:
- 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received up to September 30, 2008.
- No refund will be made for cancellations received after October 1, 2008.
